WP All Import – WooCommerce Add-On Pro

A drag & drop importer that looks just like WooCommerce.

The WooCommerce add-on for WP All Import makes it simple to import thousands of products to WooCommerce.

Need to do a product CSV import? Or a product XML import? Or even import Excel to WooCommerce?

It looks just like WooCommerce. It works just like WooCommerce. It’s almost like manually adding a product in WooCommerce. Except it’s automatic, and lets you add thousands of products at one time. This is the easiest way to import CSV to WooCommerce.

To import your data, just drag & drop the fields from your XML/CSV to the textboxes in WooCommerce. That’s it.

Here’s how it looks. Your data is shown on the right. WooCommerce is shown on the left. Just drag & drop your data from the right to the left.

Every feature you need.

Works with every single WooCommerce product option. Import data to every field that exists in WooCommerce. Nothing was left out.

Import Simple Products, Variable Products, External/Affiliate Products, and Grouped Products. You can choose the product type to import from a dropdown. If your file contains products of multiple types, you can choose the “Set Product Type With XPath” to import multiple product types in one import. More information on importing variable products.

Import large files in one go! WP All Import has an iterative import process that automatically splits the file into pieces if it would otherwise be too large for your host to handle. You can import any size file, and hundreds of thousands of of products in one go.

Pretty much every other import tool for WordPress has time limit issues, memory limit issues, and requires you to split up your files.

Download & Import Images To the Product Gallery
If your XML/CSV contains image URLs or image file names, WP All Import can download and import your images.

Advanced features for complex imports.

Map values in your file to different values in WooCommerce. For example, each product in your XML/CSV might have a different Tax Class. You can “map” a value in your XML to a different value in WooCommerce – say you had a field called “tax_class” in your CSV that would either be 1, 2, or 3, but in WooCommerce your possible tax classes are Standard, Reduced Rate, or Zero Tax. You can map 1 (or 2 or 3) to Standard, 2 (or 1 or 3) to Reduced Rate, and 3 (or 2 or 1… you get the idea) to No Tax.

Operate on any data in your file with a PHP function. Have product descriptions in your feed that look like this, because your feed provider messed up?

1
Acme Company\’s latest offering, the L2000, will make customers\’ lives easier…
No problem. Getting feed providers to fix problems in their feeds is a headache – so WP All Import provides a way for you to just fix them yourself, on the fly.

You can strip the slashes out with PHP.

You can also write your own PHP functions, put them in your theme’s functions.php file, or in a plugin, and use them from inside of WP All Import. How cool is that?

Merge data into existing products. If you already have products in WooCommerce, and you have a CSV/XML with updated product information, you can use the WooCommerce Add-On to merge the updated information in your XML/CSV with the existing products on your site.

Merging can be done based on product title, SKU, any Custom Field, or any other value that is unique for each product and is in your XML/CSV and also in WooCommerce/WordPress.

Update your previous import with a new XML/CSV. If you’ve imported an XML/CSV, and then later get another updated XML/CSV with new product data, you can import the new file over the old one. The Add-On will update the data for existing products, and optionally add new products and remove old products that don’t exist in the new product feed. There is also an option to not remove missing products and instead update their stock statuses to 0/unavailable.

Import to the suite of tools & extensions available for WooCommerce. We have a developer API.

WooCommerce CSV imports are easy, because Excel exports to CSV. If you need to import Excel to WooCommerce, it’s easy as cake. Just save your Excel file as a CSV – in Excel that’s as simple as clicking Save As… and selecting “Comma Separated Values” form the dropdown. Then you can use WP All Import, which is a WooCommerce CSV importer, to import the products.
